• Conducted approximately 600 Steppin’ instructional classes in the Detroit area.

• Conducted approximately 80 workshops in 17 states plus the District of Columbia and 29 cities across the nation.

• Offer 6 highly sought after Chicago Steppin’ instructional DVD’s

• Competitors in 7 Steppin’ competitions

• Interviewed by nationally acclaimed radio talk show host Michael Baisden

• Functioned as judges at 5 dance competitions

• Promotes and holds an annual dance weekend in Las Vegas (NV) titled “The Las Vegas Weekend Jam” in the month of October yearly.

• Active membership in The North 2 South Ballroom Association

• Kammal Smith and Daniella Borum were in the winner's circle in the 2011 World's Largest Steppers Contest that is held annually in Chicago, IL.

• The Steady Steppers were voted the 2010 ChiSteppers.com People Choice Award 1st Place Winner for Best Steppin' Class in the nation; the 2009 ChicSteppers.com People Choice Award 2nd Place Winner for the Top Steppin' Promoter in the nation; and in 2008 they were voted ChiSteppers.com People Choice Award Winner for the Top Steppin' Organization in the nation.  

• The Steady Steppers are 2011, 2005 and 2004 Spirit of Detroit Award recipient's from the Detroit City Council in recognition of their exceptional achievement, outstanding leadership and dedication to improving the quality of life in Metropolitan Detroit through dance.
